2. Fees and Payments: 2.1 Tuition Fees: The fees for our coaching classes are specified on our website. Payment must be made in full before attending the classes.
2.2 Payment Methods: We do not process payments online. Payment will be taken as discussed with the student, and the agreed-upon method must be followed to complete the payment process.

3. Course Access: 3.1 Duration: Your access to the online classes is for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Extensions may be available under certain circumstances.
3.2 Content Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to class handouts, study guides, and practice exams, are the intellectual property of Exam Ready RN and are for personal use only.
4. Code of Conduct: 4.1 Respect: You agree to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4.2 Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate expulsion from the class.
5. Communication: 5.1 Notifications: You agree to receive communications from us, including announcements, updates, and promotional materials. You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time.
5.2 Support: We strive to provide timely and effective support. For assistance, please contact our support team through the specified channels on our website.
6. Limitation of Liability: 6.1 Exam Ready RN is not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our coaching services.
6.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific coaching class. In no event shall Exam Ready RN be liable for any direct damages exceeding this amount.
