Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Exam Ready RN for your nursing exam preparation. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our coaching classes.

1. Refund Eligibility: 1.1 Full Refund: A full refund of tuition fees will be provided if a student cancels enrollment 15 days before the course start day.

1.2 Partial Refund: If a student cancels enrollment after the course start day, a partial refund may be considered based on the remaining course duration.

2. Refund Process: 2.1 Refund Request: To initiate a refund, the student must submit a written refund request to examreadyrn@gmail.com.

2.2 Required Information: The refund request must include the student’s full name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the refund.

2.3 Approval Process: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the discretion of Exam Ready RN, and factors such as course completion, attendance, and circumstances leading to the refund request will be considered.

2.4 Refund Notification: Once a decision is made, the student will be notified of the refund approval or denial.

3. Refund Method: 3.1 Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the refund approval notification.

3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon between the student and Exam Ready RN.

4. Non-Refundable Situations: 4.1 Expulsion: If a student is expelled from the course due to a violation of our Code of Conduct or academic integrity policies, no refund will be provided.

4.2 Course Completion: Once a student has completed more than 50% of the course, no refund will be issued.

5. Course Material and Resources: 5.1 Non-Returnable Materials: Any provided course materials, study guides, or resources are non-refundable.

5.2 Access to Resources: Access to any online or physical course resources will be terminated upon the approval and processing of a refund.
